Complaints

You can inform us of any complaints by letter, telephone, fax or e-mail at the above-mentioned contact details.

Please give us your name, contact details and a description of your request.

You will immediately receive a letter, fax or e-mail confirming receipt of your complaint.

We will then try to clarify your request as soon as possible in your interest. If this is not possible within two weeks after receipt, we will send you an intermediate notification by letter, fax or e-mail.

Within four weeks of receipt, you will receive a final notification from us by letter, fax or e-mail. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons for this and our assessment of when the clarification is likely to be completed.
